I got this restless feeling that I can’t ignore

It’s pounding at my heart like he’s pounding on the door

I know I said I wanted all that and more

But I also know I’m better than what he’s got in store

I said I loved him

But I lied

He said he loved me

I could have cried

But now he’s screaming and begging

And I got to say

If he’d let me have my space

He might have had his way

I got this itch in my spine that I just can’t ignore

It’s driving me bananas and leaves me wanting more

I know I said when he touched me he rocked me to the core

But I also said being with him would open up some doors

I said I liked him

But I lied

He said he loved me

I could have died

Now he’s screaming and begging

If he had never been
